We are looking for entry level agents willing to get licensed. Agents will start with a competitive base pay and ability to make additional bonuses by meeting sales metrics.

**MUST BE WILLING TO SECURE P&C OR PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE LICENSE PRIOR TO START DATE

Responsibilities:
Be a team player to help grow the agency
Make sales (licensed) of auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service

Educate clients on auto, home and renter's insurance

Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information

Identify cross-selling opportunities during calls

Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage

Requirements:
Candidates must be willing to secure P&C or personal Lines license prior to employment.
Prior success in a sales role
1+ years experience preferred
Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must
A knack for remembering data and details
Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple quoting systems (must be able to type at least 40 wpm)
Punctual with the ability to stay and work a quote to its completion
Confident self - starter who works well independently
Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
