Flexible hours with all the benefits of working from home. This role is PART TIME and will require 3 days per week (approximately 20-24 hours per week).

ABOUT THE PERSONAL INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER JOB

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Personal Lines Account Manager in Personal Lines Services to join our dynamic company. This is a mid-level position and is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career with a Retail Broker.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Servicing existing clients
• Maintaining client records in AMS360 management system
• Renewal reviews with clients
• Cross-selling
• Analyzing customers’ needs
• Quoting new and existing clients

REQUIREMENTS

• Working knowledge of AMS360. PL Rater preferred.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required, IL and MO preferred. High School Diploma (Or Equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 3 Years personal lines insurance experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Extensive knowledge of personal lines insurance including auto, home, umbrella, boat, and recreational policies.
• Working knowledge MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Excel, Windows 10 and Slack preferred.
