ABOUT THE PERSONAL INSURANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER JOB
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Personal Lines Account Manager in Personal Lines Services to join our dynamic company. This is a mid-level position and is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career with a Retail Broker.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Servicing existing clients
- Maintaining client records in AMS360 management system
- Renewal reviews with clients
- Cross-selling
- Analyzing customers’ needs
- Quoting new and existing clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of AMS360. PL Rater preferred.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required, IL and MO preferred. High School Diploma (Or Equivalent) required.
- Minimum of 3 Years personal lines insurance experience required.
- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Extensive knowledge of personal lines insurance including auto, home, umbrella, boat, and recreational policies.
- Working knowledge MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Excel, Windows 10 and Slack preferred.
