Job Description/Overview:

· Customer contact, via incoming phone calls, voicemails, emails &/or texts throughout the scheduling process

· Assisting with scheduling sales/service apts and other tasks as needed.

· Assisting with utility locates, permits, invoicing as needed. Misc. office tasks such as scanning, faxing, mail, FedEx and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

· Inbound and outbound phone calls

· Schedule Appointments

· Assist with utility locates

· Assist with permits other misc task as needed
