Job Description

DBZ Enterprises is actively seeking a Full Time Regional Manager to be responsible for 12 Western states. Candidate must have sales experience and a working knowledge of the CPG industry with the ability to travel. Candidate must understand and have working knowledge of convenience supply chain. Regional Manager will report directly to VP of Sales with the responsibilities for increasing and maintaining distribution, merchandising and implementation of authorized Corporate, Regional and Marketing activities. Regional Manager assignments include but are not limited to: Chain and Distributor Headquarter calls, Discount Tobacco Outlets, Cash and Carry Distributors and Independent Retail calls.

Work Responsibilities

  • Execute Corporate and Regional sales goals.
  • Schedule, prepare and present current marketing initiatives to Key Distributors and Chains throughout Region
  • Increase and record distribution of products in stores and distributors
  • Ability to close chains and distributors throughout the Region
  • Optimize in-store presence and visibility on DBZ Enterprises brands and products
  • Achieve and maintain optimum product distribution for new/existing products
  • Ensure competitive pricing for all brands in marketplace
  • Educate personnel on all product, brands and find solutions to best meet company and customer needs

Qualifications

  • Strong planning, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Understand the supply chain process
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Ability to work under time constraints
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Directly related work experience in consumer-packaged goods
  • Retail, wholesale, grocery, or route sales experience
  • Ability to work 40+hours per week including up to 50% travel
  • Valid driver’s license, a good driving record and dependable transportation
  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
