Overview

The Retirement Plans Sales Representative Specialist will work in a competitive and fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for a variety of sales related duties to include prospecting and developing sales including prospecting and developing sales relationships with strategic partners, current DP clients, as well as developing a reputable relationship with existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing current data base to run specific campaigns following a structured cadence of emails. Phone calls, scheduling initial discovery meetings, and ultimately presenting and onboarding retirement plans with DP Grow.
• Learn and become proficient in the use of Sales Force to track all communications and data with prospective clients.
• Ability to demonstrate and communicate DP Grow and its ability to provide retirement plan solutions to perspective clients.
• Gather documentation when necessary for the conversion with retirement plan specialist.
• Meet or exceed quota of scheduled appointments each week.
• Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities, and other key indicators.
• Responsible to observe, implement and fully adhere to the sales systems used by DP Grow.
• Provide support for other departmental projects as needed.
• Cooperate with strategic partners and vendors to achieve company objectives
• Project an outstanding professional image in representing DP Grow to clients and the community.
• Meet activity requirements set forth by the VP of Sales.
• Attend meetings to discuss your weekly and monthly activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years Retirement Plans Business-to-Business or similar sales experience required.
• Series 65/66 licensing
• Detail and follow up oriented.
• Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
