JKB Financial Inc. dba Level Debt is a company that has the purpose of helping individuals and families get out of debt. We've been in business for almost 20 years!

Level Debt offers competitive base salary whilst in training. Once training is completed in about 30-45 days from start date, you'll transition to a base + commission pay structure. There are no caps or limits to your commission! Our current Debt Consultants make an average of $85,000 - $120,000 annually.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will:

• Receive inbound leads
• Manage and document the sales process in our CRM tool
• Evaluate the consumer’s financial needs and identify where our services can help
• Use a script to help guide each call
• Sell our debt settlement services

Our ideal candidate preferably has:

• 2+ year(s) of inside sales experience over the phone, with a proven record of closing sales
• 2+ years working with credit reports or in the mortgage industry
• 6+ months working within the debt industry required
• College Degree preferred or Some College Course Work Completed
• Familiarity with CRM tools strongly preferred
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office, email, and Internet
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Financial industry knowledge of banking, credit, debt settlement and/or mortgages preferred
• The ability to work independently in a multi-step sales process and follow up with warm leads via phone or email
• Empathy and a willingness to assist consumers in hardship
• Great judgment skills
• Reliable transportation and excellent time management skills
• The ability to gain trust quickly with our clients
• A positive, motivated individual who wants to grow within a great company

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
