Job Description

The Margoupis Real Estate Team is searching for a determined and hard-working individual with a passion for Real Estate to join our team! This position is perfect for someone looking to jump into the real estate industry. This role is a full-time position and will be directly assisting our lead agent with their prospecting, transactions, and day-to-day duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new business
• Researching properties, tax records and off market opportunities for clients
• Scheduling and conducting showings, inspections, appraisals and other appointments as needed
• Managing client and transaction information in Margoupis Real Estate Team CRM Database
• Host Open Houses, with or without Lead Agent
• Participate in all team meetings and client related events
• Other duties as described by Margoupis Real Estate Team

Job Requirements

• An interest in Real Estate
• Must be willing to obtain VA Real EstateLicense
• Previous sales experience is a plus!
• Attention to Detail
• Time Management
• Ability to take direction
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Must be able to work weekends

Salary: $35,000 plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
