CARRVA is currently hiring for the position of SALES ASSISTANT and applicants with AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE and/or CUSTOMER SERVICE are encouraged to apply.

I- About us:

CARRVA is a car dealership servicing the RVA community -and beyond- since 2011. Our mission is to offer the best client experience in our market and continually improve over time.

Our typical client is searching for a good price on a reliable vehicle, but also for a caring and dedicated sales consultant that will connect with them and explain our various services.

II- About the position:

Tasks: Meeting clients, being attentive to their needs, presenting inventory options, sharing company services, showing vehicles, and completing paperwork are all part of the tasks for this position. Training will be provided but having AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE experience is required.

Schedule:This position is set for 40 hrs/week (M-F), with a paid one-hour lunch each day and overtime upon request. We are always closed on Sundays.

Pay:This is an hourly position at $15-$19/hr, depending on experience and credentials. There is also overtime, and performance-based bonuses.

• 5. Communication: Good writing and typing skills, effective communication, and Spanish-speaking.
