"NOW HIRING" Veracity Windows and Doors of Southern California is looking for a professional call center appointment setter. This position is the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively setting appointments for our estimators. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, motivated experienced call center agent.
THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING! 80% of the appointments are set from inbound marketing calls and 20% are set from follow-up leads generated from the website, home-shows, and other forms of marketing.
We are seeking out talented individuals with successful call center consultative customer service experience. You must have the ability to build trust and develop rapport with customers quickly, displaying motivation and drive with a history of the top results.
Our customers call into our office from our marketing efforts seeking to set up an appointment to receive an estimate on replacing home remodeling. This position requires a great attitude and consultative techniques to guide the customer, schedule the customer and confirm the customer before the date of the appointment.
Responsibilities
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and use consultative techniques to help customers to make the decision for an in-home estimate to replace their windows
Convert inbound calls to issued appointments
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Call outbound from our data list of warm clients to set appointments
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Manage the company’s prospect calls and work queues to ensure accurate coverage.
Working with the existing Supervisor and Managers of projects as assigned.
Confirm appointments
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative target
Learn Sales Force Improve it 360 CRM in a timely and efficient manner
We use all these apps you must be very computer literate Plus if you are familiar with SalesForce Improve it 360 - Ring Central – Call Center Tracking - Texting Apps like Podium - Email Apps like Constant Contact - Hubspot.
Skills
Previous experience setting sales appointments
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
