Balanced Body is hiring! We are seeking support for our Sales Department as an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will have broad administrative experience, preferably in a sales department. This position will report to the Sales Manager on E-Commerce sales and will interact will clients and internal support staff to build a positive sales experience.

To be successful in the position, you will be able to meet deadlines, demonstrate great attention to detail and consistency in following process, and work well individually and in a team environment. The individual we are seeking will be an excellent communicator and be process oriented. You should be comfortable working in a fluid environment where priorities may shift.

Area of Responsibility:

The responsibilities listed below are representative some of the duties required to satisfactorily perform each essential duty:

• Process all Ecommerce orders, including reaching and responding to customers;
• Responsible for processing and managing of all Ecommerce related issues; orders, returns, exchanges, replacements, status updates, delivery issues, etc.;
• Reaching out and confirming with our customer on equipment base orders: delivery process, primary contact details, shipping timeframe, and damaged equipment process;
• Respond to online inquiries.
• Perform other duties as required to support the Sales Team.

The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to satisfactorily perform each essential duty:

• 3+ years of Customer Service or Sales;
• Excellent communication, verbal and written;
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner one on one as well as in a group;
• Motivated self-starter with solid organizational skills, strong listening, verbal, and written skills;
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to change;
• An exemplary work ethic, a "get it done" attitude and high personal accountability;
• Self-motivated critical thinker with the ability to work independently with minimal managerial oversight;
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively;
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite;
• Knowledge of Dynamics NAV & Dynamics CRM would be nice but previous experience working in a CRM system is preferred.

Salary Range:

Hourly: $23.00 - $25.00/hr. DOE

Work Schedule:

This is a Monday to Friday position, 40-hour work week. Business hours are 6:00AM to 5:00PM.
