Full description of the position
Purpose / Role Summary
The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for both growing and retaining the customer base with fleets larger than 20 trucks. They are involved in multiple aspects of the prospect buying journey to uncover multiple areas that TVC Pro-Driver can help provide a rapid return on investment.
Job Functions
Continuously generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking- Maximize revenue by developing and implementing defined new plans and strategies for the defined territory
- Participate in state and national tradeshows to generate enterprise leads by appropriately managing the existing relationships and by using networking contacts
- Negotiate prices of contracts that are related to the sales activities
- Identify prospective accounts by conducting proper research/analysis and make relevant product presentations, formally or informally
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients to help improve retention rates
Additional responsibilities are as follows:
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports in Salesforce
- Understand the needs of the company and participate in sales meetings and training programs
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and stay ahead of the competitors and their products by conducting proper industry research
- Adhere to defined budget
Education Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business management, administration, sales management, economics, or any other relevant field.
Professional Experience
- 2+ years sales experience
Skill Sets
- Strong background in account management and sales
- Ability to influence and negotiate contract terms
- Self-motivated and have the ability to handle high pressure situations
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Proficient in customer centric selling and an understanding of the challenger sale methodology
- Strong oral and written communication skills
