Job Title: Midwest Regional Sales Manager

Location: IA, NE, KS, MI, OK, AR, and Southern Illinois south of I74

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Base salary plus commission

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover IA, NE, KS, MI, OK, AR, and Southern Illinois south of I74 and promote overhead cranes and runway systems sales. The candidate will establish and maintain distributor relationships and make end-user calls or site visits with distributors. The ideal candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of mechanical, structural, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work with existing qualified distributors and establish new distributors in vertical markets where needed.
• Make end-user calls or site visits with your distributors.
• Be responsible for achieving the regional sales targets.
• Provide pre and post-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Prepare and deliver proposals to distributors.
• Prepare presentations and present them to distributors and end-users
• Provide regular reports to management on sales and market trends.
• Application Design

Qualifications:

• Experience in the overhead crane industry is a plus.
• A degree in industrial engineering or applications is preferred.
• Computer knowledge past the basic understanding of Microsoft office is required.
• AutoCAD, Adobe editing skills, and experience working with CRM systems are a

encouraged.

• Good working knowledge of a tape measure and industrial plant layout or spatial awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
