Full description of the position

The right person for this position will be responsible for daily communications with our customer by performing all customer service and account management duties, including order process, prepare quotes, securing orders, status, tracking, project management.

This person will urgently provide answers to client needs with timely responses; proactively participates in a company “team” approach; and effectively communicates client needs and priorities with internal team members.

Essential Job Functions

• Proficiently place orders, set up new accounts, and research distributor and customer order inquiries.
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain quote and follow up with customers to continue relationships
• Display an excellent knowledge of all services including capabilities, availability and turnaround times. Know where to access additional information as requested.
• Understand and be able to explain the reason behind company policies, procedures, programs, and services.
• Interact with our sales and management teams on new opportunities and new client implementations.
• Weekly, reviews customer sales needs and goals, and account relationships.
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Perform any other work-related assignments as requested by Manager.

Non-essential Job Functions

• Back up shipping department when needed
• Assist with hosting client meetings and internal staff trainings
• Collaborate with operations, shipping, accounting and sales & remote marketing departments as needed.
• Perform all other office tasks as needed

Requirements

• Excellent customer relation skills
• Minimum of three (3) years customer service & sales experience; previous experience in fulfillment customer service a plus
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team player
• Strong ability to understand the big picture in order to offer solutions rather than dead ends
• Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales / Cusotmer Service: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
