Trufast District Sales Manager- Florida Region
Job Title: Trufast District Sales Manager
Reports To: VP, Trufast Sales
Job Status: Salaried

Basic Job Functions:
Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the SPAX® brand for the construction market, TRUFAST® for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFASTWalls® for exterior building envelopes and facades. The Trufast District Sales Manager manages the sales of TRUFAST® products across a defined geographical area. This position ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through the development of relationships with key customer personnel.

Essential Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiatives
- Work with the District Sales Manager to ensure overall TRUFAST sales and marketing strategy is clearly defined and understood through the TF customer network.
- Institute major distribution strategy approach.
- Carry out strategic field and sales service needs of OEM customers in concert with RSM.
- Plan successful regional integration of training, pricing, and marketing with any new products or initiatives.
Communication
- Promotion of strong dialogue, coordination, and partnerships between sales service and regional customers.
- Customer and product sales analysis with communication of key issues to Regional Managers and National Accounts Manager.
- Ensure all sales related activity focused in TRUFAST brand initiatives.
- Weekly monitoring of sales events reviewed with RSM and Independent Reps.
- Ensure RSM stays aware of sales trends, new customers, and key sales issues.
- Communication with accounting about terms, credit issues, new customers, programs.
- Monthly reporting via SAR.
- Use of company Outlook travel calendar.
Sales Support
- Supervise marketing strategies and associated activities.
- Work with the RSM to ensure we are targeting and aggressively focusing on the long-term TRUFAST sales plan.
- Ensure field services/training coordinator supporting sales team and customer needs.
- Weekly review of overall and individual customer margin maintenance.
- Oversee efficient regional use of customer 'outing' fund requests.
- Ensure independent representative groups trained on TRUFAST products.
Experience:
- Required 3+ years of experience in Industry background at mid-level executive position or higher: sales, marketing, customer relations, strategy and project implementation
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Working knowledge of business/management principles and sales mechanics: analytical, organizational, budgeting, resource allocation, and human resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent judgment, critical thinking, decision-making ability in the spirit of teamwork.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, dedicated work ethic, and high integrity.
- Self-directed with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable under the company’s auto insurance.
Travel:
- Must be able to travel; anticipate at least 50%. Must be insurable as an authorized driver on behlaf of the company.
Physical Requirements:
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 25 pounds. [A1]Accurate?
