Summary of Roles and Responsibilities:

• Regional sales manager oversees the overall sales objectives, goals and revenue for assigned product line
• Ability to drive sales, establish new customers, build outstanding customer relationships
• Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals
• Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans
• Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports

• Tracking and analyzing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
• Managing sales budgets

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous working experience as a Regional Sales Manager for 5+ years
• 5+ years experience selling large capital manufacturing machines
• BS in Sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field
• Hands on experience with CRM software
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Analytical and data driven problem solver
