About the job
Within our US Food and Water Division, you will be responsible for developing sustainable and profitable growth in the US Eastern Region within the Food and Beverage and Protein Markets. You will sell our separation technology directly to customers and with selective external sales channels.
In this role, you will be an active member of the Separation Sales team and will contribute to the growth of the business. From a daily responsibility standpoint, you will:
  • Develop Sales via prospecting and qualifying potential customers, and brick-walling existing accounts.
  • Perform sales functions to include, customer meetings (both digital and face-to-face), process review and AL Technology assessment
  • Use pricing tactics and commercial negotiations to close orders
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of competitors' products and sales tactics.
What you know
You have excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills. You have high energy, a positive attitude and enjoy developing the customer relationship. You have prior experience in:
  • Working in a matrixed organization
  • Commercial Acumen (incentive development, pricing strategy)
  • Leveraging data/analysis to drive growth and create strategy
  • Sales Planning & Forecasting
  • Understanding and Negotiating Terms & Conditions
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering desired
  • 5 Years sales experience in solution complex sales environment
  • Experience in separation technology and food markets
  • Willingness to travel 40%
