Located in Charleston, SC area and looking to join a family-focused, high-performance real estate team where you are not just one of many? We are looking for a talented, professional agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. There is no better choice than Quartermaster Properties. Base salary range $40,000 - $45,000, plus commissions.

In addition to real estate sales, responsibilities include:

• Show rental vacancies, conduct move in and move out inspections, meet with prospective new clients, and collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
• Manage the property in accordance with the terms of the Residential Agreement and the Broker/Trust Agreement.
• Conduct periodic physical inspections of the property and communicate with vendors/tenants about any maintenance issues.
• Ensure that all QMP policies and procedures are followed.
• Use independent judgment and discretion in dealing with and resolving resident requests or concerns.
• Ensure property compliance with HOA, fair housing, and safety guidelines.
• Investigate and/or report any incidents involving the property's tenants, vendors, or others.

Job Requirements

• Active SC Real Estate License (All classes are available online. Ask us for details!)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
