Business Development Manager– Payroll, HR Outsourcing, and HRIS Services

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Represent EG in person, in virtual meetings, in phone interactions, or by email as a quality industry leader for Payroll, HR, Safety, and Performance Management services.
• Manage and create outbound email marketing campaigns through Hubspot.
• Actively pursue new client prospects in targeted industries through electronic marketing campaigns, telemarketing, and networking.
• Produce strength and weakness evaluations of prospective clients’ HR infrastructure with the support of our in-house HR Professionals.
• Demonstrate HRIS platform features and functionality.
• Develop relationships with professional associations, employment attorneys, and prospective clients.
• Other duties as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• A track record of success and over-achievement.
• 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales in HR Outsourcing, HRIS, Payroll, or similar industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Technically proficient and experienced with web technologies and using a CRM to track progress (we use Salesforce)
• A positive, enthusiastic, tenacious attitude, and someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats.
• Ability to present pros/cons, use cases/examples, and trends.
• Great at communicating on the phone, over email, and in person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
