Cali Botanicals is looking for warehouse associates to join our growing team at our Sacramento store

We are looking for a self-starter, punctual, hard-working, positive, coachable, and ambitious individual to join our staff for a part-time position with full-time available after probation! After the probationary, you would receive a generous pay increase and possibly an upgrade within your job title and responsibilities. This position also includes tips for anywhere from $100 to $200 a week depending on your customer service skills.

Compensation: $17/hr Plus Tips

Responsibilities

• Package products by performing routine hand weighing processes for stock and custom orders.
• Operate packaging equipment such as sealers, counters, and other industry-specific machines.
• Apply stickers and labels to products by hand appropriately with strict attention to detail.
• Maintain equipment, clean work areas, restock supplies, and prepare material for waste disposal.
• Communicate the status of the operations to coworkers and bring deviations to the attention of the supervisor.
• Take necessary action to resolve any unsafe conditions.
• Organize fulfillment facility to ensure all inventory is accounted for.
• Work within a team setting to ensure fulfillment efficiencies and speed.
• Pick and pack products for wholesale and customer orders.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of packaging materials and goods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically inclined and good with working with hands.
• Well versed in basic mathematical functions and measurements.
• Ability to work well with others and assist our team as it builds and grows,
• Experience with Apple productsfor clocking in/out purposes.
• Extremely punctual with excellent attendance.
