The Regional Sales Manager position is a challenging and dynamic position with opportunities for advancement. As a Division Sales Supervisor with Westlake Financial, you will be educating and training our current Dealer Account Managers. Team size is between 10-15 Internal Dealer Account Managers. This position is for the Northern California Market.
Being in a fast-paced environment, this role requires a consultative sales and management approach. Each Regional Manager will will manage their own market to understand the Westlake Program so they can grow and succeed.
This is a full-time position including full-time benefits. We are looking for highly motivated, highly dedicated candidates who are comfortable working in a field environment and traveling in a local market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaching, leading and developing Dealer Account Managers
- Responsible for managing persons in outside sales within the assigned Northern California region. In addition, will also be hiring and training new sales representatives
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Manage Dealer Account Managers through quality checks and other follow-up.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce dealer attrition
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Travel required throughout the assigned territory
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years external sales management managing a team of 15 to 20 external reps
- Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales
- High energy and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field
- Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology
- Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
- Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
- Qualified Candidates must live in Region
What is our pay plan?
- Self-determined, performance-based compensation package
Compensation: Base Monthly Salary of $5,000.00. Guarantee of $10,000.00 per month
Max Monthly Total Compensation: $15,000.00
Bonus Calculation: Paid per Deal Above Floor

Bachelors or better.
Experience
Required
3 years: 3+ years of sales, marketing, auto finance and banking expertise required
