Are you an experienced Outbound Call Center Professional who provides outstanding customer service, this is a GREAT opportunity for you to get your foot in the door of the Healthcare Industry. Responsibilities:

Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you

Keep a detailed log of call notes in CRM

Familiarizing yourself with basic qualifying questions

Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Customer Success team member.

• Requirements and Skills:

Cold Calling experience (No Fear mentality)

Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail

Excellent phone etiquette

A professional and courteous disposition

Persuasive and results-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
