Full description of the position

We are expanding and searching for a great Sales Executive to join our team. We are looking for an outside sales rep to sell our Engineering, IT and Manufacturing consulting and staffing services to SMB and Enterprise clients in the Buffalo area. We have an excellent team and looking to expand upon that with true professionals. We pride ourselves on hiring based on the person.

Responsibilities:
At NYTP you will manage the full life cycle sales process for both consulting and full-time staffing positions in the Engineering, IT and Manufacturing marketplace. Working across all industries with some of the best Fortune 5000 clients in the Update NY area, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting: Consistently find new opportunities and new customers.
  • Qualification: Ensure all pipeline opportunities meet minimal qualifications
  • Presenting: Effectively present a business driven proposal as needed to convince the business level, user level and financial level decision makers as to why this solution should be purchased now and not from your competitors.
  • Close sales timely to meet annual business objectives.

Requirements:
MUST HAVE 3+ years of current sales experience in the staffing industry within Engineering or IT domain and currently reside in the Rochester area.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
