Full description of the position

Servicing new and existing customers. Will pay for your Home Improvement License.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Create, organize and maintain project filing system. Keep project files up to date on a daily basis.
2. Compile new power reports

3. Type memorandums, letters and other documents as required by project staff.
4. Maintain correspondence tracking logs for project.
5. Schedule appointments as necessary i.e. laboratory testing
6. Answer phones, take messages, send and receive faxes.
7. Process incoming/outgoing mail on a daily basis.
8. If needed Purchase office supplies.
9. Assist with organizing client files with miscellaneous secretarial assignments.
10. Arrange special events.
11. Complete weekly reports timely and accurately.
12. Verify vendor invoices as requested by the Project Manager.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
2. Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
3. Strong phone skills and writing skills.
4. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Access knowledge a plus.
5. Strong work ethic, able to work independently with desire to learn and improve and ability to manage time and complete assigned projects.
6. Promotes teamwork within the department and externally by positive, cooperative attitude and willingness to take on additional duties as directed.

Education and Experience
1. Must have a high school diploma or General Education Degree plus a minimum two years’, business writing or general office management preferred. Prefer Associates Degree in Administrative Management. Must have some experience in business writing and general office management.

Pay: Up to $10,000.00 per month
