About the Company:

Weinhardt Party Rentals is full service event rental company providing St Louis and surrounding areas with the best rental products and service since 1946. [please apply online] Summary:

This position develops, maintains, and interacts with existing customers and new customers primarily utilizing phone and in-person communication to increase sales and/or services for the company. This is an inside sales position.

Essential Functions:

• Contacts exiting customers and new customers through phone calls
• Greets customers promptly and courteously
• Meet with customers to review products and services
• Answers phone calls from customers
• Match products and services to customers requirements
• Input customer orders into software application
• Handles customers reservations
• Maintain and prepare all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
• Maintain and prepare all sales tools and software applications
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, including pricing and loss prevention
• Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
• Responsible for daily paperwork associated with each location

Work Environment:

The position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines. Responsible for keeping showroom clean, organized, and appealing for all customers.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full time position. Typical working hours are 7:45am – 4:15pm Monday – Friday .

We can offer part-time or a 4 day work week- with agreeable hours from management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
