Job Description:

SameDay Heating & Air, Plumbing and Electrical has an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Inside Sales Representative to recover revenue from unsold service calls and cancelled repair calls as well as periodically take inbound calls from customers looking to schedule service with one of our talented technicians.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and increase revenue generation.

What we need done:

• Learn and Execute the Customer Service System effectively
• Act as a CSR as needed
• Sell new maintenance plans to past customers, past agreement customers and new customers
• Offer and sell products and services to customers
• Understand SameDay’s product offerings
• Constantly work to improve sales and customer service skills
• Understand the financing options provided to our customers, and be able to walk them through the process
• Make Happy Call phone calls to customers who had a technician out to their home and chose not to go forward with any options given
• Follow up with any customers that cancel an appointment and see if we are able to save the call
• Track all contract attempts and keep spreadsheets up to date
• Meet with technicians regularly to provide feedback

• 2+ years of inside sales preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
