MoveUp Consulting is a Recruiting Agency in the Moving Industry that's trusted by some of the TOP moving companies all over the United States! We're looking for a Sales Manager to join the team and enjoy the culture we've created and strive to forever keep!

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday 08:00 AM-05:00 PM

Compensation Plan:

$80K per year (between base pay & commission structure)

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing & tracking sales performance of overall team
• Personally handling inbound/outbound sales leads as well
• Outreach to previous customers for new sales opportunities
• Calculating move inventories and estimating time & cost projections
• Increasing staff knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous professional training and development

Requirements:

• Experience not only in sales themselves but managing a sales team with a proven track record of results in the moving industry (at least 2 years of experience)
• MUST be upbeat, motivated, enthusiastic, dependable & trustworthy
• Familiarity with the LA market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
