We are one of a handful of teams in Sarasota/Manatee County that has been chosen by numerous channel partners to represent their clients at the local level. Our conversion rate is consistently on par with top national performing teams.

No matter your level of experience in real estate - whether you've been licensed for 30 days or 30 years - if you're ready to handle a high volume of business, we want you on our team. Our goal is for our agents to consistently open 2-3 transactions per month with full training and coaching support. In 2022, we closed over 100 transactions totaling almost $100 million in sales volume. This success is due in large part to our focus on personalized agent branding, targeted customer marketing, and prospecting.

Responsibilities:
Represent sellers and buyers at a high level in real estate transactions
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
Prepare comparative market analysis and other necessary documents to determine a property's value
Educate clients on basic real estate practices
Put in the work for your clients now, so it pays off later!

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Self-determined schedule
Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
