About Us

Innovative reputation management and employee recognition software utilized by businesses such as Amazing Lash Studios, Massage Envy, Massage Heights, European Wax Centers, Cannabis Retailers and more.

The Role

· Make 60+ Outbound Calls per day

Identify, present, and sell products/services to prospective customers.

· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

· Analyze your market’s potential, track sales and status reports in CRM

· Continuously improve through coaching and candid feedback

· Proven work experience as a sales representative

· Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

· Highly motivated and target driven

· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

· Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
