We are seeking someone to become an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in order to drive company revenue. Due to our ever-growing customer base being bilingual is a highly preferred skill for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their wireless needs
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Process customers orders
• Transfer customers information by request
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Skills:

• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Proven work experience and reliability as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
• Experience working in a professional organization
• Experience working with computers as part of their job
• A passion for wireless technology
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay: $27,664.00 - $35,331.00 per year
