What is the day to day like the Regional Sales Representative

Interaction with customers or prospects

Organizing your schedule for face to face interactions

Present engineered solutions for customers

Collaboration with colleagues to develop and present the best engineered solutions for the customer

Maintain proper records and CRM system


What you need for this job

Confidence and ability to sell sophisticated machine tools

Motivation and focus to help customers with engineered solutions to improve their manufacturing processes through improved productivity and optimization of resources while minimizing costs and maximizing profits

High motivation to join the Hydromat sales team

Ability to focus and strategize on a given geographical territory

Aptitude to coordinate and communicate with engineers

Ability to comprehend manufacturing processes

Ability to coordinate with dealers, distributors, and clients

Professional representation of Hydromat in the industry

Willingness to learn and be a valued member of the Hydromat team

Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Associates degree or equivalent technical school education or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Work schedule

We generally work first shift Monday-Friday and travel as needed
