*Job Position: *Sales and Marketing Assistant-Spanish *SUMMARY:* The position of Sales and Marketing Assistant primarily provides all aspects of sales and marketing support to sales team and customers with specific objectives of creating and increasing brand awareness, generating leads and new sales. *Job Duties (but not limited to):* * Support sales manager for all sales, marketing and customer service-related matters. * Manage and execute marketing projects as assigned by the Sales Manager. * Translate all sales and marketing materials between English and Spanish. * Create marketing campaigns to launch new products and attract new sales. * Execute outbound messaging, including email campaigns, surveys, and other announcements * Other activities might include accurate placement of orders, assisting customers inquires, delivering shipping documents to customers, processing RMA, etc. * Receives and processes customers’ feedback and complains with sales support team, include translating and clarifying customers reported issues with detail information, communicating with support team and customers, expediting problem resolving process and following up to ensure timely resolution. * Constantly obtains updated knowledge about products, market, and competition. * Provide feedback to sales and operation team as needed to ensure strategic planning and opportunities. * Prepares reports and correspondence as needed. * Represents CET in a positive and professional manner by working with all personnel and outside contacts. *QUALIFICATIONS:* * English-Spanish bilingual * Analytical skills * Team player * Attention to detail * Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop. * Proven customer support experience * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Associate's degree (A.A.) *BENEFITS:* * 9 paid holidays * Vacation and sick time leave * Medical and dental insurance contribution * 401(k)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
