About the Sales Facilitator Role:

We’re currently seeking the next Sales Facilitator to join our Facings family. As the Sales Facilitator, you’ll play a vital role in helping the Facings team to increase sales and solidify customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented individual who enjoys a supporting role. If you take pride in your ability to gather and analyze relevant data from multiple sources to provide accurate information under time pressures, you’ll likely excel at this position.

As the Sales Facilitator, you’ll get to:

Generate Product Quotes – You’ll spend approximately half of your time researching details and calculating accurate quotes based on project design parameters to determine product quantities, freight charges, and estimated timelines. You’ll support the Design Consultant team by referencing and updating details in the Facing’s Project Management software. You’ll enable Design Consultants to leverage customer relationships by delivering samples off-site as needed and sending product promotional emails to select customers as directed.

Follow-up With Customers and Organize Sales People – You’ll devote an average of 25% of your time between providing efficient quote responses and performing administrative tasks to optimize Project Management. You’ll help maintain quote consistency across subcontractors on a common project by noticing and inquiring about possibly overlooked details by one or more parties. You’ll stay abreast of long-term projects and update pricing as needed. You’ll follow up with bids and reach out to customers to finalize pending paperwork. You’ll assist with answering or transferring incoming calls.

Support Sales - You’ll continually seek out opportunities to help the Sales team increase their facetime with customers. You’ll contribute to maximizing sales and increasing revenue by looking for ways to streamline systems and eliminate administrative tasks for Design Consultants wherever possible.

Proactively Communicate -On average, 25% of your time will be spent anticipating and taking action on relevant information requests from both customers and Design Consultants. You’ll build trust with contractors, builders and homeowners by providing updated ETAs as external factors impact project timelines.

As a recap, in this role, you’ll get to:

  • Calculate and provide accurate quotes to Design Consultants and their customers
  • Support the Sales team by anticipating information requests and updating customers on project timelines/pricing changes throughout the life of long-term commercial projects.
  • Continually strive to increase customer facetime with the Sales team by performing project administrative tasks where possible.

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Basic math skills
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
  • Customer Service experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
