Office Hours - Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. After hours appointments may be necessary depending upon the needs of the operation. Opportunity to Work From Home each Friday.

$1,000 Bonus for new hires with a Property and Casualty Producer's license after completion of agency New Hire Training.

Position Summary

The Family Risk Advisor is responsible for sourcing and developing leads, obtaining referrals, identifying new markets, and networking on behalf of the agency. A successful person in this role will be growth minded, diligent in their communication and attention to detail, and dedicated to establishing and maintaining relationships in the community to grow the agency. We seek an energetic and dedicated professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and excellent customer experience. Sales experience & Insurance Licenses preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• As a central member in our growing business, this person will be responsible for sourcing and developing leads, obtaining referrals, identifying new markets, and networking on behalf of the agency.
• Providing excellent service to all clients and take a proactive approach to identifying appropriate products for our clients to ensure efficient coverage.
• Provides consistent and diligent communication to ensure all prospects and leads are handled with the utmost care and attention.
• Take proactive approach to social media, networking and technology implementation using tools like Zapier, Slack, OpenAI, Text Blaze and any other tools available.
• Effectively manage and maintain all administrative functions associated with position.
• Maintain a positive business relationship amongst all vendors, clients, co-workers, and prospects.

Competencies:

• Personable communicator who clearly and persuasively describes products and services customers to encourage sales transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Exceptional customer service skills- must be friendly, approachable and professional
• Well-organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Likes working in a performance-based role where your income is a direct impact of your work ethic
• Ability to build trust and resolve customer concerns

Education and Experience

• Sales experience preferred with a successful track record of meeting sales/goals quotas.
• Arizona Property and Casualty License is highly preferred, must be able to obtain within 30 days of offer date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
