Apex Imports, an independent-high volume used car dealership, is now seeking Business Development Center (BDC) Representatives to work in our Internet Sales Department! We offer an outstanding, competitive pay plan, in addition to the opportunity for promotion and advancement within the Company!

As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. *Previous customer service, business development center, telemarketing, call center, internet sales, automotive sales, etc. experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Duties:

• Following and maintaining relationship with former customers
• Monitoring and contacting internet and phone leads
• Determining each customer's vehicle needs by actively listening
• Setting, confirming, and following up on customer inquiries
• Maintains customer information into the designated software system
• Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
• Perform post sale follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements : Automotive experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for candidates with:

• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent phone/verbal/written communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual a plus
• Proven track record in customer service and/or sales;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
• Strong-tasking and organization skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Verifiable work history
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must pass pre-employment testing
