We will walk with you from the start to success, with training, leads and coaching your transition into being an independent, fully-fledged listing and referral powerhouse.

What does this pathway look like?

Phase 1:

• Monthly business budget provided to help with expenses as you learn
• Steady stream of buyer leads provided immediately after 2-week training period
• Weekly business coaching provided with in-person individual attention

Phase 2:

• Transition into seller/listing leads
• Continued buyer leads and weekly coaching

Phase 3:

• Become a self-sustaining top agent with a well-oiled business and industry techniques.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, a closer mentality and be able to learn and grow successfully in an efficient amount of time.

Perks

• $35-40K first year business budget.
• Compensation should be $100,000 plus, if you hit your goals, and if you exceed your goals you can make $200,000 plus.

Expectations

• Must be able to work Monday - Friday for structured prospecting time in the office and/or meetings/tours. Be prepared, most real estate business happens on the weekends
• Follow up with potential leads, speaking by phone, e-mail and in-person to find out their needs and what we can offer them
• Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries
• Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with agents on the team
• Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities
• Management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
• Answer incoming lead calls as needed
• Attend live weekly sales meetings
• Attend in-person business coaching weekly

Qualifications

• CA Real Estate License (must already possess or have completed all licensing courses)
• 1-3 years of real estate experience [we are willing to teach the right candidate
• who has less experience]
• CA Driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation (a car is a must have)
• Knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area is preferable
• Must be able to learn quickly and be computer savvy
• Adaptable with the ability to multitask
• Be punctual - being on time is essential
• Willing to learn our systems and adapt quickly
• Be willing to travel all over the Bay Area for business
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Ready to work right out of the gate
