• Rounding acute care centers to manage patients on V.A.C.® Therapy, prioritize patients that have been on 3M™ V.A.C.® Therapy the longest. Then, decide if they are potential transition placements.
• Conduct inventory management to verify all hospital V.A.C.® Therapy Systems are accounted for, to recover lost assets, and to ensure hospital has necessary NPWT/AWC supplies.
• Promote 3M™ Express Program Promote 3M Express with your Case Manager. Easily initiate 3M™ V.A.C.® Therapy orders, get prescriptions signed via DocuSign® and track order authorization online.
• Promote 3M™ V.A.C.® Ready Care Program Promote the V.A.C.® Ready Care Program to your Case Manager and differentiate 3M from other companies
• Provide in-services, training and general guidance to customers on how to complete a V.A.C.® Therapy order; the advantages and implementation of the 3M™ V.A.C.® Ready Care Program; and how to educate a patient on the use of 3M™ ActiV.A.C.™ Therapy System

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Current and valid driver’s license as you will be issued a company fleet vehicle for this role

• Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience
• Clinical wound care or related patient care experience
• Completion of a formal sales training program
• Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
