Inside Sales Associate

Jani-King of Phoenix is looking for a high-energy, dynamic, and self-starter sales professional to join our regional sales team.

As part of our sales team you will be partnered with seasoned Account Executives to identify business opportunities in identified markets and territories. In this fast-paced, high volume business development role, you will use your sales experience to engage business owners and decision makers to set appointments for the Account Executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Build a great first impression with our prospects.
• Provide sales with high-quality leads.
• Resolve customer inquiries for new service
• Make 80-100 outbound phone calls per day; prospecting, creating and cultivating new business opportunities for Jani-King.
• Explain how Jani-King is the answer for their janitorial needs, setup a time for our Account Executives to meet with them face to face and go over our program in greater detail.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience in inside sales, customer service, and/or other related fields
• Successful track record of appointment setting & prospecting sales
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Strong communication and people skills
• Not easily discouraged
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Team Player
• Professional dress and demeanor
• Background check required
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Base Salary + Commission (uncapped)
• 35 hours per week
