Signal Real Estate is hiring! We're looking for new team members who are driven and ready to quickly grow their real estate career. We have a surplus of buyer and seller leads and need agents to work these leads, nurture then, and respond to inbound responses.

You will be given the coaching, support, and systems to grow your real estate business and earn income. This job is best for someone who is hungry and will put in the work.

You will be responsible for contract to close with the help of our compliance team who will assist in coordinating your transactions so you can spend more time working leads, going on showings, and writing offers.

While you are working our inbound leads we will also help you cultivate your own sphere to provide you business for decades to come.

The right agent should be able to easily close 15-20 or more transactions within the first year and the sky is the limit from there!

We're a boutique brokerage headquartered just South of Boston and are looking for an agent who is comfortable working all over Eastern MA.

The ideal candidate will be willing to hustle, is good with technology, thinks quickly on their feet, is a licensed real estate agent, knows how to have fun, and is a natural at building rapport and making people feel comfortable.

We pride ourselves on not being super salesy and instead we strive to give people their options and let them decide what is best for them and then offer the support they need.

You will make transactions SUPER easy for your clients and will be supported along the way by our staff to make you look like an absolute rockstar.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
