Full-time team members can expect to earn $82,200 - $194,400 a year. Part-time team members can expect to earn $2,925 - $6,850 a month. Our Top 10% of earners made over $250,000 in 2022. †

What do team members do?

• Participate in ongoing weekly trainings focused on increasing your earning potential, industry knowledge, and recognition of performance
• Work in Arizona communities, educating homeowners, face-to-face, on energy related trends, issues, and government backed solutions through solar with Our World Energy.
• Earn in a commission based environment where you are paid for the work you do while potentially gaining tax advantages like writing off everyday expenses such as phone bills, vehicle mileage, and more.
• Directly impact Arizona communities by saving clients money on todays energy costs and protecting them from unpredictable utility rate hikes.
• Indirectly impact Arizona by contributing to clean, renewable energy sources that reduce pollution and wasteful consumption of limited resources like water, gas, and coal.
• Must pass background check and be eligible for employment in Arizona.

† Income will vary from person to person based on skill, effort, and time worked. Full-time income shown is based on company average conversions while working 40 hours per week. Part-time income shown is based on company average conversions while working 20 hours per week. Top 10% earners income is based on team members who have been working in solar sales for one year or more.
