Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Representative is responsible for growing the top-line sales of Mandalay Optical Labs (from here on called, the “Company”). They are ultimately responsible for educating our CLIENTS on the Company products and services. Finally, they will be responsible for dayto-day operations (i.e. Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Billing, Human Resources, Shipping) You will have the opportunity to shape and influence your role. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Grow the top-line sales of the Company.
- Develop a trusted relationship with the CLIENT by providing education and on-site training and development when needed.
- Develop multiple B2B marketing strategies; use a marketing calendar.
- Plan, document, monitor, and consistently strive to meet sales objectives; create a scoreboard.
- Continuously prospect for new potential clients in the market.
- Communicate and collaborate weekly with your supervisors regarding operations, sales results, HR, and plans of action.
- Anticipate and address CLIENT needs/issues proactively, resolve customer issues in a timely manner and use these opportunities to build stronger relationships.
- Solicit customer feedback in multiple ways to improve service. (i.e. surveys, reviews) Respond to CLIENT requests for service and assistance in a timely fashion.
- Collaborate with different optical industry companies and sales reps to grow a strong clientele network.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Solves problems with sound reasoning and professionalism.
- Functions well in a high-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, with travel expected.
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and use of a reliable personal vehicle.
o Capable of regularly operating a vehicle for an extended period to travel
the territory up to 80% of the time.
o Capable of driving for an extended period under a variety of conditions and
spending extended periods sitting in the vehicle.
- Motivation to sell directly to clients (door-to-door) if needed.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Willingness to log visits and notes in the proper tracker system.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated sales results with 3+ years sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills.
- Demonstrated presentation skills.
- Customer service experience or client relations strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to carry sample bags weighing at least 20-40 lbs.
- Sit, stand, walk or drive for periods up to 8+ hours.
- Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Reach or operate tools or machinery with hand or arms.
- Talk clearly and hear.
- Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule.
