Looking for a TOP-NOTCH Listing Manager to work in ROOM Real Estate's Listing Team with currently nearly 100 listings in the pipeline. If you are a go-getter, friendly, hard working, positive, real estate professional, with a keen eye on details and creative approach for problem solving, then you're the right fit for our forward thinking real estate company.

Your title will be Listing Manager. You will be working in the areas of client communication, contracts, disclosures, showing management and transaction management for ROOM Real Estate Listings. Your tasks include prospecting, scheduling and attending listing appointments, working on transactions from beginning to the end and collaborating with other ROOM staff. Effective communication is of the utmost importance in your role as a Listing Manager.

This is a full-time position.

California real estate license or comparable experience is required.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
