About us

MASTER AUTO GROUP is a small used car dealership in Raleigh, NC. We are customer, supportive, collaborative and our goal is to as a small dealership to focus on providing a smooth, simple, and laid back sales experience to all of our existing and prospective customers.

We are currently looking for a energetic and motivated Sales Associate with experience in sales and/or customer service. The right candidate will have an aptitude for sales, effective and engaging communication skills, and will demonstrate the drive and commitment to excel within The company.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide customers through sales process
• Work well under time pressure.
• Communicate with incoming leads, answer questions and schedule appointments
• Effective listener who can understand customer needs
• Help customers meet their vehicle needs with current inventory
• Demonstrate effective communication skills
• Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, managers, and customers.

Requirements:

• 1 Year automotive Experience
• Valid Drivers License
• Bi-Lingual applicant (Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
