If you have an outgoing personality and love talking with people face to face, Elements Massage may be the right fit for you.

This is a sales position, where we sell wellness memberships and upsell add on services while scheduling appointments on the phone and in the lobby face to face with the client.

*You will earn commission on top of your hourly rate

This position is available Full Time, Days, Evenings and Weekends. 9am - 9pm

Responsibilities and Duties

• Selling Memberships to the Wellness Program (Maintaining certain sales quotas)
• Selling Packages
• Upgrading such as longer sessions, aromatherapy or hot stone
• Answering phones professionally and converting phone calls into appointments.
• Accurate scheduling and completing the retail sales process.
• Addressing emergency scheduling issues quickly and professionally.
• Addressing client requests and disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Facilities management

Elements Massage is Closed on all Major Holidays!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
