Established local Allstate Insurance agency seeks sales focused team member.

Working hours from 8:30-5 Monday – Thursday, 9-5 Friday

Some backup servicing of existing client base. Identifying and responding to opportunity in every interaction

Working commissionable inbound / outbound sales calls

Working with walk ins, taking payments, processing endorsements over the phone

Performing policy reviews for existing clients to identify need and potential cross sell opportunities

Things we look for:

Individuals who are currently licensed in property / causality though not necessary for the right candidate willing to quickly obtain licenses

Individuals motivated by uncapped comission

Individuals with sales experience who can recognize and act on customer closing signals

Networking minded individuals

Individuals who are comfortable in picking up the phone to solicit new business to earn commission

Detail and process oriented, organized individuals

Individuals with the ability to identify and maximize opportunity

Individuals who thrive in a team atmosphere

We are a local Allstate agency with a large established book of business servicing clients in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Gregory Ferzetti has worked with Allstate for over 4 years and our staff has been with the company for over 12 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,051.86 - $100,000.00 per year

• Wilmington, DE 19803: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
