How to Make an Impact:

The role of Manager, Sales Analytics & Insights is responsible for leading the development, design and management of strategic reporting processes for the Fisher Scientific Healthcare business. The individual will efficiently build, maintain and present critical insights related to sales performance and process optimization that support in driving profitable growth. Additionally, the candidate will foster partnerships and collaborate with functional groups to lead report transformation and improve procedures to reliably provide leadership with information quickly to make decisions.

Location:

Hybrid - 4 days/week onsite required, at either our Pittsburgh, PA, Atlanta, GA, Houston, Texas or Massachusetts office.

About the Role:

• Plan, design, and implement comprehensive reporting processes to support initiatives related to analyzing sales performance, personnel efficiency, territory optimization and industry data with the aim of improving efficiency and performance
• Passion for results and challenging the norm to identify needs and implement innovative ways to present information and support sales efforts
• Work with the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations to launch reporting insights
• Deliver insight and analytics to sales and the broader leadership team
• Be an advocate for the sales team with various functional teams to ensure alignment, collaborate efficiently and complete projects
• Support adoption of reporting applications as a subject matter expert by leading training sessions and providing standard processes

The following activities fall under responsibility of this position:

• Lead the development and maintenance of reporting procedures and processes
• Champion reporting transformation efforts by analyzing current state, identifying the best path forward and working with shared services to implement
• Develop workflows and standard processes for reporting utilization
• Evaluate reporting applications to ensure they are used to the greatest potential and our commercial teams are as productive as possible
• Facilitate training programs to ensure reporting adoption
• Benchmark reporting technologies and standard methodologies

How You Will Get There:

• 8+ years in commercial or operations support roles with 3+ years validated experience using technology in strategic and process improvement initiatives
• Outstanding project management skills. 3+ years proven experience leading sophisticated projects to landmarks, delivery dates and budgets
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI and Excel, SQL and other data visualization and business intelligence software.
• Experience integrating technology solutions a plus. Example, sales performance and coaching solutions, sales alignment solutions, industry benchmarking, etc.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations for improvement
• Outstanding self-management skills with ablity to prioritize, delegate and make decisions quickly
• Confirmed attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• 4-year degree required; MBA preferred
