Full description of the position

Overview:
Paradise Home Improvement is seeking a dynamic, self-starting individual that demonstrates initiative and commitment as a Sales Manager. A Sales Manager will provide knowledge and expertise to customers of the products available. If this is you, we want you to join our TEAM!

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supervise Outside Sales Representatives, including administering performance evaluations
  • Create culture conducive to growth and excellence
  • Follow prescribed methods and sales techniques
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction scores
  • Set standards and measures for team
  • Responsible for all quotas of installation that are set by management
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

  • Previous Sales experience in construction projects
  • Experience working in a home remodeling environment in a similar role
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a patient and calming demeanor
  • Team player with the ability to take on more and grow with the role and company
