[Hybrid] Corrugated/Packaging Outside Sales Description

Our client is looking for a self-driven Corrugated/Packaging Sales member to add to their team in Pittsburgh, PA. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will drive sales initiatives across the Pittsburgh market and manage a small team of sales reps. You can work from your home office when you are not seeing customers or need to be onsite for meetings. Our client is looking for someone with experience in the packaging industry with an established customer base. To be successful in this role, you must have strong management skills, at least three years of outside sales experience, and be highly motivated by the uncapped potential to grow sales in the Pittsburgh market. [Hybrid] Corrugated/Packaging Outside Sales Responsibilities

• Maintain existing book of business
• Identify new sales opportunities
• Manage sales team
• Oversee the sales process to meet or exceed goals
• Cold call prospects
• Follow up on warm leads
• Compile weekly sales reports
• Maintain a sales dashboard
• Implement, and manage strategies to drive sales
• Develop industry knowledge
• Build strategic relationships

[Hybrid] Corrugated/Packaging Outside Sales Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience required
• Packaging industry experience required
• Management experience required
