Girard Auto Parts is a family owned and operated business that has been open for 30 years. Responsibilities/requirements for this position include:

- Minimum 1 year knowledge of auto parts and experience as a parts counter person

- Ability to write/speak Spanish is a plus

- Requires demonstrated leadership in the automotive after market industry, preferably an automotive parts department

- Must enjoy working in a fast paced setting and possess the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Other required skills are:

- Catalog and order OEM Parts requests from independent repair facilities

- Respond to inbound phone, email, and online parts requests

- Post parts received to invoices and work orders

- Provide repair parts to wholesale clients, internal technicians, and retail clients urgently, accurately and with pleasurable and professional demeanor

- Manage parts client relationships with a commitment to a high level of service

- Operate POS and all other associated Parts lookup system

- Perform all other associated tasks as assigned by management

- Work hours are Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm and occasional Saturdays - NO SUNDAYS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
