Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develope Relationships with Hospitals, Rehabs and case Managers

• Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges

• Coordinate the inquiry process

• Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork

• Notification and reporting of admission updates

• Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting record

• Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events

• Works with Inhouse Admissions Director, Nursing Department and Social Services.
