Stanley Institute programs educate dentists and their team members about the cutting-edge dental techniques, technology and the business of dentistry through presentations and on-line courses. Educational programs are presented in North Carolina, the U.S and international.

The Director of Stanley Institute is responsible for directing all logistics of our education program activities, with the goals of 1) promoting educational programs online and in-person, 2) negotiating and maintaining contracts for speaking opportunities, 3) maintaining relationships with vendors, 4) event planning for educational and promotional events, 5) follow-up with leads and promote sale of courses, and 6) making the education programs financially self-sustaining. Close coordination with all staff is required. Marketing and sales experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of mailchip and wordpress is a plus but not necessary. Salary is base plus bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Director

• Keeping administrative records up-to-date and submitted to appropriate organizations.

• Maintain and organize educational materials, props, and equipment and acquire additional materials as necessary.

• Event planning for in-person educational presentations and promotional events.

• Help measure and communicate the program’s impact by collecting and presenting participation data and feedback.

• Cultivate Stanley Institute’s education and outreach through partnerships with new organizations and vendors.

• Send regular email newsletters, promotions and updates

Accountability + Fiscal Management

• Follow up with leads and sale of courses

• Advance Stanley Institute through networking, relationship-building,

• Promote educational content and outcomes across all mediums of Stanley Institute including social media.

• Present reports to the board of directors and attend board meetings as directed.

• Create annual goals for education, and track and report progress.

• Maintain and market the all programs of Stanley Institute.

• Administer education scholarships as needed.

• Schedule programs and maintain all data related to programming including pricing, invoicing, receipts and program outcomes.

Training

• Engage in regular professional development to stay current in sales and promotion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,444.00 - $50,000.00 per year
